Quality Management

The whole activity of IDna Genetics is pursuing the ISO17025.

IDna Genetics Ltd. is committed to operating in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2000 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”. This policy statement sets out our intention to seek customer satisfaction by the implementation of quality management and best working practices.

IDna Genetics Ltd. commits itself to good professional practice and to the quality of its testing in servicing its clients.

IDna Genetics Ltd. will offer and supply its clients with timely, cost-effective, accurate and precise analyses in the realms of GMO testing and genotyping. In order to do so trained staff will use documented validated procedures, and use equipment validated to perform the tasks in question.

The objectives of the quality system are to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality provision to all our customers, and to minimise risk to our reputation and business through operational errors, equipment malfunction, lack of training, or variation associated with variable quality of supplies or deviant performance of instruments.

It is essential that all staff are familiar with the quality documentation and the policies and procedures defined by the Quality Manual. An introduction to the quality documentation will be given as part of the staff induction process.
